I’m Caleb Castro—a designer, founder, and systems thinker with 7+ years of experience across fintech, cybersecurity, education, and AI. I specialize in crafting thoughtful product experiences that balance structure with storytelling.

My journey started in internal tools, where I learned the value of designing for people behind the scenes. That eventually led me to co-found Persona X, a customer insights platform that blends AI, personas, and strategy into one human-centered tool. I wore many hats—leading product, design, research, and creative direction to bring the idea to life.

What drives me? Building things that feel intuitive, spark connection, and help people do their best work. I love working with teams that care about the 'why' behind the product and aren't afraid to explore new approaches. Outside of design, I’m a gamer at heart, always curious about how interaction and narrative shape how we play, work, and experience the world.
